I’m thrilled to share something that’s been a true labor of love:

This project came from a deep place—years of working with older adults at Irons Fitness, hearing their stories, watching them reclaim their strength, and realizing how many people still believe it’s too late to feel strong again.

So I decided to write the book I wish every one of my clients could have had from day one.

Why I Wrote It
